During your first week with the mouthpiece, if you find you are unhappy with it for any reason, you may exchange it for a different tip opening of the same model, or receive a full refund, less the shipping charges.

Before returning a mouthpiece for exchange or refund, simply insure that you contact Drake Mouthpieces within seven days of receipt and obtain a Return Authorization.

Returning and exchange shipping costs are not included in the refund, nor are they part of the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Mouthpieces that are returned in worn, scratched or damaged condition may be subject to a re-stocking or repair fee.
