Returns / Exchanges
Trial period is 7 days from the day you receive the mouthpiece. During this time you may exchange the mouthpiece for a different tip opening or return for a refund. Refunds will be made within 7 days of our receipt of the mouthpiece, and returned item must be in new condition. There is no restocking fee, only shipping costs will be deducted ($6.75). All returns and exchanges require a RA code.
